Toward the southern edge of our range, covering cabins, seasonal properties and the outbuildings that get added a piece at a time.

Very few lake properties were wired all at once. A cabin gets built, then a deck, then a shed, then a bunkhouse, and each addition gets fed from whatever was closest at the time. Twenty years on there is a system nobody designed, running on a service that was sized for the original building alone.
That is the common Gull Lake job. Not a fault exactly, just an accumulation. We map what is actually there, work out what the service can genuinely carry, and give you a plan to bring it together rather than adding one more piece to the pile.
Everything was done to code and done well, and he was super patient with the on going nature of the renovations we were doing. His communication was great.
I would totally recommend this company. He went above and beyond for me. Very kind and professional.
Yes. Gull Lake is toward the southern edge of our working range from Calmar, which runs roughly a 150km radius. It is regular territory rather than an exception, though scheduling further out works best with a little notice so the day can be planned around the drive sensibly.
It is the most common situation at lake properties and it is usually manageable. The issue is rarely any single addition, it is that nobody ever stepped back and checked the whole system. We map what is there and tell you where it actually stands.
Yes, and it is worth doing before adding a hot tub, a bunkhouse or a shop. We calculate the real load rather than reading the panel label, because what a service can carry and what has been connected to it are often different numbers.
Yes. Workmanship is guaranteed for two years. Hardware usually carries its own manufacturer warranty on the part itself, but the labour to remove and replace a faulty component is charged separately. We tell you which applies before the work goes ahead.
