Controls, motors and distribution.

Control panels, motor starters, transformer sizing and plant distribution. Wired to the drawing and tagged so the next tech can actually follow it.

How we work

Tagged, so the next person is not guessing.

Industrial work is judged on what happens two years later, when something stops at three in the morning and whoever is on shift has to work out why. A panel wired neatly but not labelled is a panel that costs somebody a night. So terminals get tagged, drawings get matched, and the as-built reflects what is actually in the enclosure.

The work covers control system troubleshooting and repair, motor installation and troubleshooting, transformer sizing and installation, plant distribution and forklift charging systems. This range is unusual for a shop this size, and it comes from the owner having spent time on everything from residential receptacles to concrete mixing plants. A homeowner and a plant maintenance manager can call the same number.

Transformer sizingSized for the actual load rather than whatever was on the shelf.
DistributionPlant and facility distribution, installed and maintained.

Before you call

Industrial questions.

Yes, and most of the time that is exactly the situation. Someone else built the panel, the drawings may or may not match what is in there, and something has stopped working. We trace what is actually installed rather than assuming the documentation is correct.

Yes. Sizing gets done against the real connected load and the way the equipment actually runs, rather than defaulting to a common rating. An oversized transformer wastes money continuously and an undersized one causes problems you will chase for years.

Yes. Motor installation, starters, disconnects and fusing are regular work, along with troubleshooting motors already in service. Fusing gets sized for the running load and the starting characteristics of that specific motor, rather than for whatever rating happened to be on the shelf that day.

Yes. Workmanship is guaranteed for two years. Hardware usually carries its own manufacturer warranty on the part itself, but the labour to remove and replace a faulty component is charged separately. We tell you which applies before the work goes ahead.
