How we work

A charger down is a machine parked.

Forklift charging is one of those systems nobody thinks about until it stops, at which point a machine is parked and the work it was doing stops with it. The circuits are heavy, the duty cycle is hard, and charging areas take a beating. It is worth having installed by somebody who will also come back and service it.

We install, maintain and repair forklift charging systems. That means sizing the supply for the number of chargers and the way the shifts actually overlap, laying the charging area out so machines are not stretched across a walkway, and handling ventilation and clearance requirements. When something fails later, we would rather find the cause than keep swapping the same part.

New installationsSupply sized for the fleet and the way your shifts overlap.
MaintenanceScheduled servicing so a charger is not discovered failed mid shift.
RepairDiagnosing charging faults rather than replacing units on a guess.
Charging area layoutPositioned for how the floor actually moves, not just where there is space.
Ventilation and clearanceMeeting the requirements that come with battery charging.
Fleet expansionAdding capacity when the fleet grows rather than rebuilding.

Excellent service and fair price. Fit my small job into his busy schedule when everyone else was at least 2 weeks out. Will be my goto from now on.

Before you call

Forklift charging questions.

It depends on how many chargers run and whether they overlap. A fleet that all charges overnight has a different profile to one charging between shifts. We size the supply for the way you actually operate rather than adding up nameplate ratings.

Yes. Most forklift charging work we take on was installed by someone else, sometimes years earlier. We diagnose the actual fault rather than replacing units and hoping, and we will tell you honestly when a charger is genuinely at end of life.

Usually yes, though it depends on whether the existing supply has capacity left. We check that first. If there is room we extend the area, and if there is not we tell you what the upgrade involves before you commit to more machines.

Yes. Workmanship is guaranteed for two years. Hardware usually carries its own manufacturer warranty on the part itself, but the labour to remove and replace a faulty component is charged separately. We tell you which applies before the work goes ahead.
